Payment
Stylists are only confirmed when the deposit has been received. The deposit is deducted from the wedding day balance.
The trial payment is payable in cash on the day of the trial or via bank transfer prior to the trial. We do not accept bank transfers on or after the trial, or cheques.
The wedding day balance is payable directly to your stylist via bank transfer 4 weeks prior to your wedding.
Failure or delay to make payments within the time frame may result in the loss of booking with all previous payments made being retained.
Cancellation
If you decide to cancel, the deposit is partly refundable up until 6 weeks prior to your wedding date or 6 weeks after your trial - whichever comes first.
A £50 admin fee will be retained by us as your deposit.
In the unlikely event that your stylist is unable to attend your wedding booking due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, all efforts will be made to find a suitable replacement, or the balance and deposit will be refunded in full.

Changes to Bookings
Availability and your quote is based on the booking size, service requirements, timings and location mentioned in your initial enquiry. Booking sizes cannot be reduced once confirmed but may be increased pending timings on your day.
Notification should be given of any changes to the booking and trial as soon as possible.
A travel charge of 60 p per mile will incur along with consideration of journey time.
